You F*#K My Wine!
Fabien Jouves is back with the famous 'You F*#K My Wine'. This is a super fun and easy drinking red made biodynamically, that will certainly turn heads when you crack it open.
This red is made from the lesser known grape variety 'Jurancon Noir', once a grape allowed to be bottled under the name of the region Cahors. That is now not allowed, and therefore has to be labelled under the generic term 'Vin de France'. This is bureaucracy gone made, and a rule that hasn't stopped Fabien making it anyway.
Fabien is part of the golden generation from Cahors, in south west France. This young and dynamic winemaker has been making wines on the highest hills of Cahors since 2006, where he took over the family estate of 20 hectares.
