Far removed from the sickly sweet wines that gave Riesling such a bad name, let alone German wines.
This organic beauty is crisp, limey, dry and delicious! For those of you who love their whites super fresh and easy drinking.
Thörle is a family domaine based in Saulheim in the Rheinhessen Germany, and since 2006 it has been run by Christoph and his brother Johannes. The vineyards are managed organically, and the domaine is being taken in a biodynamic direction. Soils are interesting and varied, with light clay, limestone, red sandy loam and even flint and schist.
